Every letter that reaches your desk lives here — transfer offers, board matters, youth reports, requests from your manager, all waiting for you to read and answer. Letters that need a decision have real deadlines; let one lapse and the matter slips away for good.
Top row — filter chips: all / new / needs answer / unread / starred, plus search and a "mark all read" button on the right · Second row — by category: market, board, youth · Left pane — letters grouped by day; an orange edge means it needs an answer, gold means it's the one open now; the bottom summarises what you've answered in the last 7 days · Right pane — the full letter: the header tells you who sent it and who they are to you (your manager / a bidding club / an agent), then the body, attachments, and the action bar pinned at the bottom
The action buttons change with the letter type — accept / decline / negotiate / open talks / approve budget. Choose freely, but answer before the clock runs out · Not ready to decide? Star it so it won't get lost, then come back via the ★ chip
Pressing "open talks to buy" does not do the deal — it opens the negotiation table, and the letter stays live until the deal closes or expires · The approve-budget button uses the live price on the day you press it, which can differ from the figure printed in the letter body · The first letter opens automatically when you arrive, but it only counts as read once you click it yourself
