The delegation room — let staff answer certain mail categories for you, for the letters you'd rather not handle personally, like manager requests or press questions. With a report of everything they've answered so far.
Top strip — four tiles: all mail in, answered by us, answered by staff, and lost to silence ({0} when any) · Category cards — manager requests and media: delegated or not, the standing policy, the numbers, and the category's latest letters with an icon showing who answered · Third card — the combined report of what staff handled, and what slipped away
The manager category takes a policy — staff answer "approve" or "decline" by default; set it to match your instincts before delegating · The moment the "lost to silence" tile turns red, either delegate that category or visit your inbox more often
Transfers cannot be delegated — every incoming deal passes through your hands by design; it's not an option you failed to find · Delegated staff follow the policy blindly, with none of your case-by-case judgement — keep the sensitive categories for yourself
